Podobał nam się basen, który był duży, czysty i dostępny do godz. 22.00, a także podobała nam sie lokalizacja bardzo blisko morza. I to wszystko.

− Zdjęcia lokalu widniejące na Booking.com nie odzwierciedlają rzeczywistości.Nie ma takiego tarasu i wnętrza. Wszystko jest bardzo stare, zardzewiałe. Brak prywatności, w drzwiach od pokoju brakuje szyb. A przede wszystkim nie ma klimatyzacji. Lokal nie powinien byc udostępniony w lipcu, gdyż wiatraki, które sa w lokalu niestety zupełnie nie dają rady. W jednym pokoju materac na łóżko był włożony za krótki, chyba od małego dziecka. Woda w łazience po skorzystania z prysznica wylewała się całkowicie na całą mikroskopijną łazienkę. Bardzo brzydki zapach w całym, niskim mieszkaniu. I do tego popsuł się zamek elektroniczny do mieszkania, nie mogliśmy wszyscy wyjść, brak odzewu ze strony personelu na to.

La ubicación bastante buena. Pero todo lo demás un desastre

− El apartamento estaba sin limpiar. De las dos camas pequeñas un somier partido y los colchones viejos. El canapé de la habitación de matrimonio sucio y deshecho. En el salón el sofá y el sillón con fundas llenas de manchas. Y al pasar a la cocina. ...HORROR....Todo sucio y sin apenas utensilios básicos. Una cacerola sucia con hormigas muertas. Los muebles pegajosos.Nos entraron ganas de salir corriendo. Las cristaleras del salón sucias de hacía décadas. No se podían mover las ventanas ya que los raíles estaban atascados. Y las cortinas brillan por su ausencia. En general una publicidad totalmente engañosa. Miren el precio y vean el pésimo resultado. A la hora del cambio de huéspedes no se revisa nada y sólo les importa su negocio engañoso. La puerta de entrada medio rota, una patada y se abría. En fin una pena.......

Shabby apartment - you pay for the location and the seaside view

The apartment is in an excellent location, just steps from the beach, with a beautiful seaside view. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. It is, in our opinion, significantly overpriced compared to the quality, comfort, and overall standard of the apartment

− The apartment was not properly equipped for the six guests it is advertised to accommodate. There were not enough glasses or plates, no proper kitchen knives, and the pots and pans were so worn and warped that cooking even simple meals was difficult. The kitchen also lacked basic equipment, such as oven mitts, utensils for stirring food while cooking, and even a proper pasta server. While the landlord supplied some missing items after we requested them, they should have been available from the start. The overall condition of the apartment is shabby and poorly maintained. There is peeling paint, damaged woodwork, exposed wiring hanging from ceiling light fixtures, a bathroom door that barely closes because it scrapes the floor, and unstable metal beds that do not match the price level. Overall, the apartment gives the impression of having received very little maintenance over many years. The biggest drawback is the complete lack of air conditioning. Potential renters should be aware that the apartment relies entirely on fans, which provide only a light breeze. During the Spanish summer, this made the apartment uncomfortably warm and falls well below what we would expect at this price point. If you choose this apartment, do so only for the location and the sea view - not for the quality or comfort of the accommodation. It is significantly overpriced for what is provided, and based on our experience, we cannot recommend renting this apartment.

De ficar junto à praia.

Perfecte locatie voor een leuk weekend of vakantie.

De locatie was fantastisch, mooi uitzicht over het strand en rondom naar Campello én Alicante zelf. Een mooi, schoon zwembad en alle nodige faciliteiten in de buurt. 5 minuten lopen naar de tram, 5 minuten lopen naar een supermarkt en 5 minuten lopen naar een padelclub, helemaal top. Ook de host was altijd beschikbaar en erg behulpzaam.

− Bedden waren iets aan de harde kant. Het appartement heeft geen airco, waardoor het soms iets warm kan worden. Verder helemaal prima!

We really liked the location, the inner courtyard, the children’s playground, and how close the apartment was to the beach. The beach itself was very beautiful, and the view from the apartment was lovely. Overall, it was very good value for money.
