9.0− Need to let clients know bathroom is downstairs while the bedrooms are upstairs.

− Lights didn’t work, had a stinking chook shed that looked like a rubbish dump next to the outdoor area and right out the kitchen window, the owner would walk around and peer in the window, the supposed country view was overgrown, outdoor chairs broken.

7.0We had a comfortable stay, with ample space and a well equipped kitchen. Internally was clean & tidy. The laundry facility was appreciated as we were travelling. It is a quiet rural location at the end of the road, just follow Google maps & you will get there, the road is quite narrow at end. Heating works well in the living area and main bedroom. Many birds in the garden.
− Externally the property is a bit tired and needs some love. the outdoor setting was dirty and the chairs broken. Pavers are a bit uneven in places. Surrounds just need a tidy up. It appears the property is on tank water, but there is no information to advise such, if so, it should be in the advertising. There was a bit of a delay in where to access the key, but we found it. The property has lots of potential, just lacks a bit of finesse.
