10.0A wonderful stay in a lovely town. Friendly staff and everything in the room was what we needed. Room good and large. The breakfast was big and hearty and the evening meal was supurb. Best fish & chips for a long time, fish so fresh. The Server was quick and friendly, place quite busy, but he never stopped. Excellent, think he was called Sam? (Ate at 7pm 17/6). We like your (road) cobbles.

8.0Nice clean hotel, unfortunately we had too many stairs to climb, we are both pensioners, not the hotel's fault we should have checked. TV was poor can't understand how they had SKY downstairs but not upstairs. The breakfast lounge and the food on offer was 5*

6.0The room and bathroom were both very clean. The decor was very muted and beige/ brown. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay again if I needed to be in Kelso.
