− The room we were given is completely different from the one shown in the listing photos. In fact, our room did not appear in the photos at all. I booked this apartment based on the photos provided, without knowing there were multiple rooms with significantly different layouts and conditions.

Great view, but poor facilities / Disappointing stay despite the view
3.0The only positive aspect of our stay at Pefkides was the fantastic sea view. While the apartment was technically "clean," it was overall very run-down and in serious need of maintenance.
− The bathroom layout was particularly problematic. The shower cubicle lacked a glass panel, resulting in water flooding the entire floor every time it was used. Furthermore, the toilet was positioned so poorly that it was almost impossible to sit comfortably without hitting your legs against the bathroom vanity. To make matters worse, the toilet seat was completely loose. Additionally, the door to the neighboring apartment was sticking badly. As a result, the guests next door had to slam it shut with great force every single time they entered or left, which caused a lot of noise. Overall, the view does not make up for the lack of comfort and maintenance."
