10.0Für dieses Gästehaus haben die Engländer das Wort 'lovely' erfunden! Die Gastgeberin und auch der Koch sind einfach nur liebenswert, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Ein fabelhaftes Frühstück wird individuell frisch zubereitet. Das ganze Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Es gibt ausreichend kostenfreie Parkplätze direkt am Haus geschützt in einer Art 'Hof'. Das örtliche Pub ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und bietet sehr gute Speisen! Das Gästehaus liegt zwar etwas außerhalb aber man ist zu Fuß in 30 Minuten im Zentrum und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind gut verfügbar.

Lovely hosts at the gateway to the Lake District
10.0What a wonderful spot! Kind and attentive boats, made sure I had food to eat for breakfast with my dietary restrictions (and it was delicious!) and the room was super comfy and clean. Walking distance to a pub with excellent dinner and The Helm was lovely to walk up for sunset. Overall an absolutely wonderful stay, highly recommend!
