2.0There was no hot water during my stay. Although the awesome front desk staff tried to have the problem fixed the issue was not resolved and I had no hot water during my stay.

8.0I had two rooms reserved. Unfortunately, one room had not been cleaned when we arrived. I spoke to the front desk and they moved us to another room. They moved us back to the original room after cleaning the room the following day. Outside of this issue we had a good stay. Quite location close to NYC. They have a good breakfast spread and parking availability included. I would stay here again and recommend it.
