2.0Dirty place . I order 7 beds and the owners give us only 4. The bed queen was broke and it was not possible to sleep over there

2.0I couldn’t check in when I arrived at the hotel. Because the hotel said the room were full though I booked here. And the hotel said would return the money via the hotels.com. But I asked the hotels.com, the hotels.com said that they haven’t got any requests about the this.
