10.0Recomendable al máximo, piscina fabulosa, habitación cómoda y limpia y una cena deliciosa y con una relación calidad precio excelente. Un solomillo con patatas y una ensalada de burrata con unos anfitriones fabulosos. Tanto el hombre como la mujer no pudieron ser más amables, nunca me encontré personas tan cercanas y encantadoras. Si visitáis Las Médulas o cualquier parte del Bierzo, alojaos aquí. Nosotros volveremos sin duda

10.0Excelente ubicacion para visitar las Medulas. Muy comodo, buenas instalaciones y ademas tiene piscina. Los dueños muy atentos. Buen desayuno. Tostadas de pan gallego y mermelada casera, ademas de zumos etc.. Muy recomendable
Decepción tras decepción
4.0Lo cierto es que no hubo nada positivo reseñable.
− Deberían anunciar explícitamente que la piscina NO se puede utilizar por la mañana. Reservé este alojamiento exclusivamente por esta amenity, y resulta que la abren a las 4 PM, para que el día del check-out te marches con viento fresco. Además, las instalaciones dejaban muchísimo que desear, las habitaciones están viejas y desvencijadas y necesitan una renovación. Por no hablar del colochón, una verdadera tortura. Ni el wifi funcionaba. Por este precio hay opciones en El Bierzo mucho más interesantes, por lo que no volveremos. [EDIT]> Increíble la caradura de esta gerencia. Por supuesto que le dimos las gracias por esperarnos hasta el check-in. Como ya le explicamos y entendió, fue por el tráfico encontrado a la salida de Madrid un viernes por la tarde después de trabajar. ¿Qué habitaciones están renovadas? El ascensor llevaba años sin funcionar, en nuestro cuarto hasta las estanterías del baño se caían a cachos, no hay aire acondicionado. Lo más sangrante es lo de la piscina: en las normas NO FIGURA EN NINGÚN LADO que no esté disponible hasta las 4 de la tarde. ¿Qué mantenimiento diario hay que hacerle a una piscina, que encima está llena de insectos y suciedad? Ni me bañé del asco que me dio. No soporto que me mientan y se rían en mi cara, y espero que todos los potenciales huéspedes que piensen alojarse aquí no lo hagan.
