10.0L'accoglienza di Sonia e Biagio ci ha travolti e fatti sentire a casa per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Struttura accogliente e ottima posizione per godersi un po' di pace e riuscire a raggiungere un po' tutto in 10 minuti di auto. Torneremmo senza dubbio.

10.0As consistently mentioned in other reviews, the owners are one of the top reasons for the high ratings. And that says a lot, considering the amazing location overlooking the sea, the gardens, the clean and spacious room, the delicious breakfast. Sonia, Biagio and Leonardo made us feel as if we were visiting family and it was a perfect base for exploring Maratea and the coast.

If you are looking for a peaceful, tranquil place in the Maratea area, B&B La Toretta is the place.
8.0La Torretta is perfect for a quiet stay in the Maratea area. Beautiful views of the sea, and the Skywalk was breathtaking! If you want to swim you will have to drive to a beach, but not very far away. There is a very nice pathway down to the sea where you will find a very rocky shore. We didn't swim as it would have been very hard to get into the water there and the sea was rough. The driveway into the B&B property is very narrow and steep so best to have a small car. There is plenty of parking when you get down there. The hosts were very kind and very helpful and served a delicious breakfast. There is really nothing else to do in the area but relax and enjoy the scenery. You can get back in your car and drive to the town of Maratea or any of the little coast towns along the way. We were directed to a lovely restaurant just up the hill from the B&B. Be sure to try Il Cesare if you plan on a stay in Cersuta. The village is outside of Maratea and the roads in and out are very mountainous, narrow and steep. The only disappointing thing was there was no wifi/internet available so checking for anything was impossible. Also no TV. But our room was very clean and comfortable with a really nice view.
− No wifi/internet and the fact that the coast was too rocky to swim. But that is our own fault for not researching better. Other than that, it was a good end to our vacation in southern Italy.
