8.0Es un lugar tranquilo, ideal para descansar y disfrutar de la playa. El personal atento y amable. A mejorar la privacidad en las habitaciones, las puertas que comunican no aíslan el sonido y es muy incómodo escuchar el ruido de los huéspedes contiguos.

8.0It’s a beautiful place. I loved that two of the pools were heated, so luxurious!! The food was good, not great. There were a couple of odd things that I hope they improve. 1) a guest guide book or walk through of how the suite works. We didn’t know the refrigerator had filtered water till the last day. This book should also contain important information, like how to walk to the Playa Rosa ( a cute little walk - not the long way as google maps shows 2) a more conveniency store that sells all the sunscreen, small little thing you might need throughout your stay- ironically they have this but it’s hidden away in the receptionist closet. No one knows about this as I asked several staff members about sunscreen without any suggestion to ask receptionist. Other than that the stay was great just needs to be more user friendly.

2.0nunca recibi un correo donde dijera que tenia que hacer una prueba de covid, tuve que estar en la entrada por casi 1 hora para que me hangan entrar al establecimiento. espere al quimico hacerme la prueva y nunca llego, ya eran las 4.pm y el cuarto no estaba listo.
