Great accommodation, breakfast and location. Ruth and Phil very welcoming.
10.0Ruth & Phil so welcoming. Nothing too much trouble. Very knowledgeable with the area and helpful. Really enjoyable breakfast, cooked perfectly by Ruth while Phil serves tea toast and anything else. Choice of teas in the room. Even a box of tissues. Also a fan as it was hot. Great location, lovely walk along the river to the beach. Not far at all. First visit to Lyme Regis and really impressed. Never seen so many benches along the prom.

9.0Ruth and Phil were wonderful hosts. They were warm and friendly and helpful. The room was good value for money, clean and the beds were comfortable. The cooked breakfast was good. Lovely walk to the sea front along the river.

9.0The staff were friendly facilities were great .had lovely big 2 bedroom apartment and free bottle of bubbly for my birthday.
Had a wonderful stay would definitely book with this guest house if we visit in the future just hope they still own the
