7.0The staff was friendly and helpful. The transit was smooth and we got immediate assistance whenever asked for. The breakfast spread was nice and the serving staff was amazingly humble and ready to serve at the table for any specific request.
− The noise throughout the night was a big let down for us, even from the adjacent rooms. Not sure if acoustic insulation could be improved to avoid noises. Hotel is next to a busy railway station and external activities could cause disturbance while you try to sleep. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay.

10.0I have been travelling and staying at this hotel on my official engagements. The entire staff in all departments are very good . Special to mention about Chef Mana who takes keen initiative to cater for guests in restaurant and is very polite and courteous. My compliments to staff and people holding managerial posts.
Thoughtful hospitality that genuinely made travel easier
10.0We stayed here briefly before taking the early morning Vande Bharat to Srinagar, and the staff made what could have been a stressful transit feel unexpectedly smooth and cared for. Since we had to leave before breakfast hours, the hotel thoughtfully prepared breakfast boxes for us early in the morning, which honestly felt like such a kind gesture when travelling with family. What impressed me even more was how attentive they were toward my elderly parents. My father casually mentioned that the mattress felt a little soft for his back, and I honestly felt awkward even asking if something could be done about it. But the staff handled it so graciously and changed it without making us feel demanding or uncomfortable. They also called us after checkout because I had accidentally left clothes behind in the room, and they even arranged to get them dropped at the railway station before departure. Small things like this completely shape how people remember a place. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and practical for transit stays, but what stayed with me was the feeling that the staff genuinely wanted to help rather than just complete a process. In a world where hospitality can often feel mechanical, that warmth stands out.

IDENTITY PROOF: In keeping with Government regulations, we request each guest (regardless of occupancy) to carry a photo identity to present on check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa. Indian nationals can present any government issued photo identity and address proof card e.g. driving license, passport, Aadhar card or voter’s ID card. PAN Card will not be accepted as the above. Also, please do keep handy proof of corporate affiliations, if you have made a corporate booking.
Group policy: Booking of more than 5 rooms will apply different cancellation and guarantee policy.
