Great location, but that's the only positive. The host is super inflexible and breakfast terrible

− Due to an unexpected issue, I had to catch a later flight and ended up arriving at 11:00 PM. The host never answered my phone calls, completely ignored my WhatsApp messages, and took forever to reply via Booking.com. When she finally did respond, she told me to just come the next day, refusing to let me check in that night and refusing to issue a refund. On top of that, the breakfast is terrible, they only provide cheap, artificial pre-packaged bread and croissants, and you have to make your own coffee in a shared kitchen.
Lovely apartment with a great location
10.02nd time staying in this apartment and highly recommend it. The apartment itself is lovely, spacious, air conditioned, lovely shower. Hanna who owns it is so nice, really helpful, doesn't really speak any English but makes herself well understood. A continental breakfast is provided and she also shows you your shelf in the fridge which is stocked with milk, yoghurt, bread & jams. There's a coffee machine & coffee & tea are provided. The apartment is literally round the corner from St Peter's square and there's also a train & bus station across the road to go further afield. Value for money, book it you won't be disappointed.
