Great room - terrible service.

Hostel is located on the 9th floor of apartment building. The first thing you see when you go to the first floor of this building is rubbish, dirty mattresses on which homeless and dog sleep. Then you go to the elevator and hope that you will not be killed or robbed in this corridor. Climbing up to the ninth floor, you see a dark, dirty corridor with a large number of doors without any signs and a suspicious-looking people periodically passing by you. You can not find the door, behind which the hostel is located, and you call the phone number from the hostel contacts, but no one answers you. You walk along the corridor and hope for a miracle. And only if you are very lucky, you will meet a person who knows how to find a hostel employee, or his personal phone number. You call, and he will ask you to wait, since he is not there. After a long wait, the hostel employee will take you to a clean and comfortable room, but he will try to take more money than necessary. Very strange place. But the cheapest in Murmansk. I recommend stopping there only if you want to save money.

If you wanna cheap hostel. This is OK.

I checked in quite late around 8 pm.and the room was not ready... Still messy and not cleaning at all. Apartment was very old and look so spunky for my opinion. Due to I was solo traveler... I was quite worried to stay there when I came back at night time after went out for Aurora Hunting. Inside room was safe enough to stay. It's on the high Floor. (9th)

值得入住的、地點也不錯-就是不太好找

整體還算不錯的 就是不容易找到它，要先跟業者約入住時間，但是交通時程很難掌握的。 週邊鄰居不優（養狗--沒管好它、煮食煙味-亂竄，好噁心）
