6.0This is my second time staying at this resort and I feel that standards have dropped and repairs are not dealt with quickly and clients are being put in faulty rooms. I was moved twice before getting a decent room. I think next time I will choose a different resort.

8.0I stayed for two days only to experience the rooms at the hotel. I was placed in a room with no cleaning before arrival. No towels no toilet paper and a broken toilet seat. My plan was to stay 7 days but I changed my mind and went to another hotel. The front desk clerk girl acted like I was bother to her for asking of my demands for a clean room.
