10.0Mooie kamer en een heel goed ontbijt. De medewerkers waren allemaal bijzonder aardig. De locatie is ideaal. Dichtbij het metrostation van waaruit je makkelijk naar beide luchthavens kunt reizen. Top!
One of the best traditional Japanese lodging experiences in Tokyo
10.0A truly authentic Japanese experience which is very rare to find within Tokyo. Everything about the place was amazing! The location, the staff and especially the rooms. We stayed in over 4 other hotels during our vacation throughout Japan, but Ito Ryokan was by far the best experience of all of them! We only stayed here one night but wished we stayed more

10.0Sehr liebe Gastgeber, es wurde sich um alles gekümmert und das zusätzlich angebotene Frühstück war echt lecker! Das Zimmer war sehr schön und die Futons sehr bequem.

− The only thing I'd fix is to add softer lighting. The lights were kind of harsh bright LEDs.

10.0This was the most phenomenal stay we ever had. The staff took care of my son who had a broken arm, they prepared special meals, brought him a pillow and treated him like a king. We stayed at the 2 bedroom apartment and the facilities were beyond our expectations. There was a choice of pillows, luxury shower and impeccable cleanliness. I have travelled and lived all over the world, but I have never seen such warm hospitality, beautiful rooms and clean spaces. The breakfast was phenomenal as well. We are so thankful to the ryokan staff and their amazing kindness.
