10.0Tesiste 14 gece konakladık. Haziranın ilk iki haftasıydı. Seçerken çok araştırmıştık. Öncelikle çok temiz. Sıcak su hiç yaşamadık. Ev rahatlığında. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Ulaşım her yere çok rahat. Yeniden gidersek aynı yerde kalacağız.
Convenient location and good value, though a staffing incident left a poor impression of management.
7.0Great location — right above the train station with direct access to all major train lines, making it super convenient to get around the city. The room was a good size and cleaned daily. Also more reasonably priced compared to staying in Myeongdong or Hongdae.
− Nothing major, but the manager was unhelpful. I asked a staff member if she could help me carry my luggage (4 pieces) down to the ground floor, and she was happy to help. However, when the manager noticed, he flatly told her not to. I'd only asked because I'd seen staff help another guest (a white foreigner) with the exact same request shortly before. It felt like the manager was selective about who he was willing to help.

Please note that the hotel offers free parking, but if free parking is fully occupied, guest needs to use paid parking lot near the hotel. If the guest reserved No parking Room Type, the hotel is not offer parking lot.
