8.0la struttura molto bella e la camera grande e accogliente con un bagno super. L'area condivisa della piccola cucina (attrezzatissima) veramente molto gradevole con la possibilità di mangiare all'aperto.
− Sarebbe bello se introducessero una piccola struttura o venisse utilizzata una preesistente nello spazio all'aperto, per consentire ai clienti il deposito bagagli visto che il check-in alla camera inizia alle 15:00
Schlechte Lage, schmutzig Strand & überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert!
1.0Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, besteht allerdings nur aus einem Zimmer mit Bad - keine Küche! Es gibt im Erdgeschoss eine gemeinschaftliche Küche, falls benötigt.
− Die Lage ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Es gibt keinen direkten Zugang zum Strand, man kann ihn nur von der Straße aus sehen. Das Meer ist voll Algen, total verschmutzt und dreckig - der Strand ist überhaupt nicht schön! Wir haben uns Tagesausflüge gebucht, um zu den schönen Stränden (Chia z.B.) zu fahren. In der Nähe der Unterkunft gibt es nichts, kein Supermarkt etc. Ein Taxi zu bekommen, ist eine echte Herausforderung. Entweder muss man sich ein Auto mieten oder Uber fahren. Wir kamen etwas früher an der Unterkunft an und haben nachgefragt, ob wir etwas früher ins Zimmer dürfen, da es ja schon fertig sei. Das war möglich, wir mussten allerdings für einen früheren Einlass von 55 Minuten 20 € zahlen. Es ist niemand vor Ort, der einem behilflich ist - alles läuft über WhatsApp. Es gibt viele schöne Strände in Sardinien, doch nicht an dieser Unterkunft!

1.0− Il sistema di accoglienza check in un disastro totale mi hanno chiesto euro 20 per entrare un ora prima hanno inviato numeri sbagliati ma volevano aver ragione loro.no appartamento ma camera e basta stanza comune puzzolente e sporca per colazioni e pranzi e cene. Solo uno scomparto per frigorifero indecente si lamentano tutti ..non usato tanto puzzava. Non hanno frizer per mattonelle refrigeranti Bidoni spazzatura davanti scantinato adibito a sala pranzo comune .. La stanza sporca gatti sotto il letto capelli in sifone doccia tolti in parte. I telecomandi privi di istruzioni per gestire aria condizionata e tv..per spegnere aria condizionata staccato interruttore generale. Era a palla...con timer ma non si spegneva.. L'accesso area a parcheggio era chiusa a chiave e tutti lasciano la auto in altra proprietà.. Scandaloso.. Fronte mare non vero fronte strada a doppia corsia si molto trafficata e rumorosa e poi il mare sotto a mo di scogliera.. Questi signori non meritano il punteggio attuale abbiamo avuto un soggiorno da incubo. Vendono fumo..ad un certo punto ho dovuto contattare la locale stazione dei carabinieri Per esporre che mi era stato richiesto un sel con carta di identità oltre a fotografia. Mi hanno detto che se avessi fatto esposto sarebbero intervenuti perché il gestore non può richiedere né copie né selfie anzi per legge deve fare il check in di presenza e accertarsi della verifica dei documenti comuque dalle 15 siamo entrati alle 18.01... Detto questo mai piu con questi personaggi. Venditori di fumo e maleducati ti fanno passare per coglioni.mai piu state lontani ...
