10.0O hotel é lindo! Cama extremamente confortável, roupa de cama e banho limpas e cheirosas. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, sempre dispostos a fazer o melhor atendimento.
Muito aquém das expectativas.
5.0Localização (próximo das cachoeiras, dá pra ir a pé), simpatia dos funcionários, paisagem (a vista é incrível).
− Quarto muito escuro (mesmo com luz acesa), não tinha onde pendurar toalhas ou roupas, chuveiro precário, havia MUITO mofo embaixo do aparador do quarto, paredes sujas, poucas tomadas, box da cama encardido; no cafe da manhã, frequentemente faltava café.

7.0Do ambiente externo, do café da manhã, da opção do ovo mexido quentinho, bolos gostosos. O local do café (frente a piscina). Gostei por ser longe do centro. Apesar de não ter usado, gostei da piscina, bem limpinha. Usei a quadra de vôlei (levei a bola). A cama do 3 hóspede é em ambiente separado do casal. Bastante espaço no banheiro. E a troca diária de toalhas de banho. Espreguiçadeira tinha bastante em volta da piscina.
− Não gostei da suite 9, tinha cheiro de mofo e com lama na entrada (e não tinha chovido), acredito que seja porque quase não bate sol é mais próximo do final da pousada, colocada ao mato. Não tinha nenhum tipo de aquecimento além do chuveiro quem nem era forte e nem desumidificador, cobertas bem envelhecidas (tinha rasgos e não tinha cheiro de limpeza), toda a instalação é bem envelhecida, faltou tomadas, faltou espaço p pendurar toalhas, tem somente o básico na cozinha e sem manutenção, colchão do casal meio mole, tinha um outro usuário (meio sem noção) que colocou música alta, e não foi impedido, mas nós impediu de ouvir os pássaros locais, por isso fugi p o centro e aproveitei o outro dia que ele foi embora.
