10.0The owner and her mother are extremely attentive and care about your comfort and enjoyment of the property. They offer daily fresh cooked breakfast to their guests and will assist in booking tours and motorbikes etc. We booked the family room which is spacious., it also has use of a kitchen and large dual sink dual toilet bathroom. Do be aware that there is no separate entrance for one of the adjoining suites and you will have to tolerate other guests coming and going through the kitchen area of the family suite if you book it. Otherwise this is a very pleasant property to stay at showing attention to detail and pride of ownership throughout. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent place to stay
10.0Huan Amphan is an excellent place to stay. The owners are very kind and friendly. There are a number of options for breakfast, and the food is delicious. The room is very comfortable and in a quiet peaceful neighbourhood. We will return next time when we are in Chiang Rai.
