5.0Freundlich, Sauberkeit
− Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und bemüht. Das war der einzige Punkt, der uns wirklich positiv in Erinnerung geblieben ist. Ansonsten waren wir leider enttäuscht. Die Küche war zwar vorhanden, aber ohne vernünftiges Kochgeschirr kaum nutzbar. Wer Selbstversorgung anbietet, sollte auch die nötige Grundausstattung bereitstellen. Der Fernseher war extrem klein – eher in der Größe eines Laptops als eines Fernsehers. Auch am Pool fehlten Sonnenschirme. Gerade bei den hohen Temperaturen war der Poolbereich dadurch tagsüber kaum nutzbar, weil es praktisch keinen Schatten gab. Insgesamt stimmt für uns das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis deshalb nicht. Freundliche Gastgeber allein können die fehlende Ausstattung leider nicht ausgleichen.

9.0A due passi da Roma e Cerveteri, sistemazione semplice ma completa, aria condizionata e barbecue. Accoglienza perfetta, colazione con prodotti fatti in casa. Ampi spazi per parcheggio e piscina. Salutate Zeus quando andate! Sembra solo un cane ma è lui il padrone :-D
− nulla. Ricordate solo che se state meno di 4 notti le stoviglie non vengono fornite, altrimenti sono a pagamento per pochi euro. Per il resto c'è tutto.
Soggiorno nel complesso piacevole e location pulitissima.
8.0La stanza era molto pulita, spaziosa e ben curata. Anche il giardino e la piscina sono tenuti in maniera impeccabile, creando un ambiente rilassante e piacevole. Si nota l'attenzione dedicata alla manutenzione degli spazi esterni, che rendono il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Nel complesso, una struttura accogliente e ben mantenuta.
− L'unica nota dolente riguarda i cuscini dei letti, che ci sono sembrati un po' datati. L'imbottitura presentava diversi nodi, probabilmente dovuti all'usura della lana, rendendoli meno confortevoli durante il riposo. Considerando l'ottima cura riservata al resto della struttura, sarebbe un piccolo accorgimento che potrebbe migliorare ulteriormente l'esperienza degli ospiti.
