Excellent stay at this property!
10.0Great service received from the front desk staff and the breakfast staff. I actually entered the wrong room #412 in error and didn't know it until later that evening. When I first went up to fourth floor I scanned the card and the door opened so I went in and unpacked everything. I noticed it was a handicap room which I know I didn't ask for. I mentioned to the front desk when I left for dinner. When I came back I could not get into #412. Then I looked a the folder and saw it was Room #402. So I went downstairs and your staff came up with me and I moved my belongings to room #402. She determined there must have been an issue with the lock on room #412. I really appreciated the personal service received at this property. The breakfast was great as well as the staff. Even though the fireworks were going off nearby I had a good nights sleep. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Hayes, KS. Thank you!
