7.0− Kommunikasjon om beliggenhet og koder. Oppgitt en adresse i app og en annen på epost.
Lejligheden lå meget centralt. Man bør gøre opmærksom på, at sporvognen uden for vinduet larmer mege
8.0− Brusehovedet var i stykker, og der var et par pærer i lamper, der ikke virkede. Der var støv under sengen. Og der manglede en ordentlig seng til den 3. person. Sofaen var ikke en sovesofa.

− La empresa tiene varios apartamentos y las fotos corresponden a todos los que tienen. Cuando reserve no sabía cual era el que había correspondido. La dirección tampoco la supe hasta el día anterior al check-in. La que aparece en la reserva era la de recepción.
