10.0We had a wonderful stay at Mi Otra Casa! The facility is very clean and well maintained, and the service was excellent. Rigoberto was incredibly attentive and always available to help with anything we needed. Meals were offered at the house, but we chose to explore and eat in town instead. The location is convenient and peaceful, though it can get a bit loud at night due to nearby clubs — earplugs helped. Aside from that, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would absolutely recommend MOC to anyone visiting Sayulita!

2.0No staff to assist with anything in the evening even though we were told to call if we needed anything. Very dangerous stairway. Three flights of stairs with no handrails. No bar, spa, or available breakfast even though it is advertised as having these amenities. Only 2 chairs by the pool. Extremes disappointed in this hotel and do not recommend. Not as advertised as all.

10.0Property is nice, staff is very friendly and attentive. It's right off of the town square in a convenient location. It is on the hill, so if stairs or climbing is problematic this might not be the right fit for you. Due to the location it can be very noisy at night, especially on weekends or holidays. Earplugs are recommended for sleeping.

10.0Nice boutique hotel. Room was very large and nicely decorated and very comfortable, with a great view. Staff was great, service and attention was great. Only disappointment was the pool was closed for repairs, and pools are important in Mexico.
