I’ve stayed at many hotels during my time traveling and quite honestly none of them come close to how amazing my experience was stay at Hotel Verde!!! I’d have to say one of the biggest contributors to my amazing experience was the staff. Both Naaman and Suleiman, who worked reception, were incredibly kind to me and my family and beyond that just simply so helpful. They made our stay here, magnificent. I always knew that if I needed help, there were two great people I could rely on. Additionally, me and my family loved how friendly and kind everyone was. Whenever we’d walk past staff, they would greet us kindly with a smile and it would make our day. At the restaurant, Soud was probably one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He was extremely helpful and was always patient with us when we took our time looking at the menu. The restaurant itself was absolutely amazing. The food is incredibly delicious. One of the reasons I’m so sad to leave is because of the food it’s that good!!! If I had to come again, I know for a fact, Hotel Verde is where I would stay. From the staff, to the amazing food, to even the magnificent pools and views, Hotel Verde will be seeing me and my family again. I couldn’t recommend a place more!!! Also shout out to Salma. She helped us with our booking and she was extremely kind and helpful. Our trip was very last minute so we weren’t even sure if we’d get a room to stay but with the help of Salma we successfully managed, and it was a great room. Meeting her in person was even better because she was very kind. I can’t thank her enough!!! All in all if you’re looking for an amazing Hotel experience, Hotel Verde is the place for you.

Prima simpel hotel. Niks bijzonders

− Prijs kwaliteit verhouding van t eten. Pas op dat je er niet intrapt om mee te eten met het lunchbuffet. Ze bieden je aan maar achteraf komen ze met een bonnetje van 25 dollar per persoon voor een matige lunchbuffet.

The head waiter ( pregnant lady) conversation to settle things was very professional

− My experience at this hotel was very disappointing, especially considering the price we paid. The food was very average and not worth the cost. Most of the dishes lacked flavor and were quite tasteless. The restaurant staff were very unprofessional. We felt harassed during our dinner, and the way we were treated made both me and my children feel very uncomfortable. The pool staff were also disappointing. It seemed like they were focused on welcoming and assisting white guests, while we had to ask for almost everything ourselves. In contrast, other guests were greeted and helped without having to ask, which made us feel overlooked. Outside our room was so much noise earlier in the morning the cleaners were opening the water tap and the storage room way too loud. I dislikes the most water park. There's no information its only open on weekends before booking, only get that information after booking. Second the water park assistant didn't welcomed us even despite there was only me and my children's arrived there. I had to great them twice and right after they saw my children's went to the sides and almost started to play , they told us the water isn't on we should wait. We waited a while and they didn't turn it on . They were just sitting until another pool guy who was so nice to us came there and we asked him to turn the water on and it was just in a second it started. Overall, the level of service did not match the price we paid. I expected a much more professional, welcoming, and respectful experience.

This resort is exceptionnal. The staffs were great and made our staff real fun . Abbas and a trainee, i do not remember his name gave us a warm welcome with Hakuna Matata. We were treated like queens. We got in early after a long flight from Cameroon and they gave us the oppurtnity to shower at the spa while preparing our room for early check-in. We enjoyed the chair massage, the ride around the resort. Very largz rooms, wonderful breakfast, excellent staff, polite a'd welcoming people. I strongly recommend this hotel. I will love to come again.
