5.0Good location clean and tidy
− No hot water...tap in sink was broken and The SHOWER WAS TOTALLY BROKENN. I washed in cold water. Also no sugar in the tea making bowls, no chairs to sit on and the people next door argued thru thr nite. I admit the last one is not your fault but overall ir was disapointing and expect some finabvial recompense. Also i had askrd for a lunchtime check in that was cinfirmed several hours affter my requested time and close to 4 so nrver took it up
We didn’t stay we left within the hour and went to legends which was so much better! False advertisement the photos are
1.0Nothing I liked, no staff, £250 for a tiny room overlooking a compound with a shed and half naked people playing loud bangra music bathroom was filthy absolutely gutted and moved hotel within the hour didn’t even bother asking for a refund!

− Unloved hotel. Stained and thread bare carpets. Broken window blinds. Old and uncomfortable pillows. Stained mattress.
Great location and good simple place to flop after a day and/or night on Brighton beach.
9.0The location was fantastic - v. close to the beach (literally a minute’s walk) including On The Beach festival venue (Fatboy Slim etc). It’s set on a nice classic Brighton square in Kemptown overlooking the sea and a few minutes from the pier. The room is functional rather than beautiful and slightly dated decor-wise, but met our needs for a clean, secure, straightforward place to overnight after a night out on Brighton’s seafront.
− The decor is a bit tired - but then the price reflects that. It’s a base for exploring Brighton rather than somewhere to hang out in for hours, and for that purpose it’s perfect.
