8.0La infraestructura del hotel, que se nota una construcción antigua, pero bien mantenida, con mucha madera, acogedora. La vista desde la habitación era a la bahía de Castro, y su ubicación en pleno centro, hace que todo esté cerca. Además, el personal es muy amable, y hace que la estadía sea grata.
− La alfombra de nuestra suite estaba demasiado manchada. Pide un cambio hace tiempo. Quizás se podría reemplazar por piso flotante o porcelanato que facilite la limpieza del piso, porque ese fue el único aspecto que afectó la puntuación perfecta de la estadía.

9.0Espectacular! Impresiona mucho el àrea del lobby y comedor. Las habitaciones bastante buenas y el desayuno tambien.
Bueno pero no la Mejor opción / habitaciones con mucho ruido del interior ( pasillos )
6.0Es tercera vez que me hospedo en ese hotel y me gusta en sí sus espacios y la ubicación
− El trato del recepcionista que me hizo el check out , desatento , poco hospitalario aburrido yo le hablaba y él en otra me preguntó dos veces la misma cosa ! Como si lo obligaron a trabajar el domingo !
