Good location but lacks luxury for the price charged
4.0Conveniently located in the centre of Swindon. Easy check in and check out, that’s about it.
− Upon booking, it was detailed as “including parking”. However, after booking the host informed us parking was not available and then lied claiming this was due to a height restriction. This was not the case, parking was unavailable as the building was a construction site. The parking in the area is extremely expensive and an offer from the host of £10 per night is unacceptable as it states parking is included in the booking. We found the apartment had not been “professionally cleaned” as mentioned, found a bottle of lube down the side of the bed. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, stayed for 11 nights and left with lower back pain. The kitchen had basic utensils but had to purchase a second oven tray which we left to help the poor next person who stays here.
Great location but the ants need to move out.
4.0Spacious apartment, great location for bars & restaurants - train station. Parking under the building was great and staff was helpful on the phone when someone had parked in the spot I was allocated.
− The apartment was tidy but there seemed to be an ant problem in the bathroom and kitchen. It also smelt heavily of smoke and as a non smoker this was not nice our clothes also smelt of it to. I think the smell is in the furniture?
