1.0Absolutamente nada. Habitaciones feas, sucias y pequeñas.
− Habitaciones feas, Sucias y pequeñas. El personal atiende pésimo, te tratan mal. Caro para lo que es. Pagas solo por estar en el centro pero es una pésima experiencia si vas en familia

10.0A simpatía e cordialidade da funcionaria Denise. Que encanto de pessoa. Atenciosa, solicita ,pro ativa. Eficiente, encantadora. Tornou a estadía leve. Por mais funcionarias assim, nos ajudou em tudo. Pena q não conseguimos nos despedir e agradecer. Tudo de bom pra vc Denise! Deus lhe retribua toda sua boa vontade.
− O quarto não batia luz solar, nem claridade, tem cheiro de umidade. E meu esposo é alérgico. E isso que foi mal.
The Generator Madrid terrace will be accessible starting from March 8th, 2024, operating from 1 pm to 12 am.
-GROUP POLICY: Any reservation of 10 people or more per night will be considered a group with different terms and conditions. Groups reservations can only be made through our reservations team, and Generator reserves the right to cancel it otherwise.
-AGE RESTRICTIONS: Please note that guests under 18 years old are not allowed in shared dormitories. Bed linen is included, while towels can be rented at the reception. Charges may be applicable.
-AMENITIES: Please note, lockers in dormitory rooms are available for free but padlocks are not provided, guests must bring their own.
-PAYMENT: The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. For advance purchase rates and non refundable rates the payment card used for booking must be presented upon check in.
Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 30 per day.
Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
