4.0− The bathroom floor was dirty, the pillows were rock hard, most of the lights in my room were out or flickering, and the front desk staffed acted as if I was an inconvenience when I was checking out.

Never darkening the doorway again!
1.0Not one thing. I was charged a $40 cleaning fee because I opened the door. Did not even step into the room. I could see it was trash and there was no way I could stay there 5 minutes, let alone two nights. I had asked for a handicap accessible room and this was not going to work.
