All goes well until they need to solve an issue so you should hope for the best

Location was lovely, breakfast was very good, some people working there were polite and tried to be helpful. Terrace and garden were very nice to spend the extra hot afternoons.

− The cause if all the problems described below is that they was lacked air conditioning during a heatwave. But we could have understood that in favour of the building keeping its original charm if it wasn't for the complete lack of empathy and professionalism of some of the employees that grossly mismanaged the issue. When we said we could not sleep as of the noise from the bar and the cigarette smoke coming through the open window, we were practically told that we were unlucky to have received the room above the bar and that the comfort of the bar customers superseded our so we need to deal with it, being offered a complimentary wine bottle in return and no resolution for the next night when we dealt with same issue they were aware of already. Moreover, when I addressed the issue with the management, following our stay, they acknowledged the missmanagement of the problem and offered ... extra apologies. Only when I pointed out this is unacceptable as a resolution since we could not properly rest for the duration of our stay there, they offered 20% refund on a sarcastic and condescending tone. Completely unprofessional and disappointing, I would not return or recommend staying there.

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht da, waren allerdings rundum zufrieden. Unser Zimmer war super schön eingerichtet, es war äußerst sauber und das Frühstück war sehr gut! Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

− Ein mini kleiner Kritikpunkt: unser Zimmer im Haupthaus war wundervoll eingerichtet, jedoch ohne Klimaanlage, was bei sehr dollen Außentemperaturen dann auch im Zimmer bemerkbar ist. Wir hatten jedoch einen Ventilator, also alles super.
