6.0Accoglienza pessima, nonostante avessi concordato l' orario di arrivo non c' era nessuno ad aspettarci, contattato al telefono non rispondeva.dopo mezz' ora di attesa mi contatta e anziché scusarsi mi chiede di pagare 20 euro per il cane che ovviamente ho pagato. Entrati in camera era freddo perché non avevano preventivame acceso il riscaldamento. Esperienza da dimenticare.
