2.0Not once in any communication was it made known that this is a B&B not a hotel. No parking within 3 blocks. No door to the shower and sink room . Toilet in a separate room. One trash can for the entire room that was the size of an ice bucket! Host was only available between 5-7 pm.
Our stay in St. Emilion.
6.0Issues with payment not being transferred by Expedia. The manager did not think we were staying. She was not happy. We repaid for our room & are now seeking a refund for our deposit. The location & room was actually lovely with a beautiful bathroom & the softest of towels.
