Beautiful hotel but...
7.0The town is beautiful, the hotel itself is gorgoeus and our pink room was amazing. Also, the staff were very accomodating and nice.
− I called 2 days before and spoke with Dawn to ask if they had vegan sausages for breakfast. She said they do not cater for vegans but they had vegetarian sausages, which we were ok with. This morning we went for breakfast only to find out they almost run out of vegetarian sausages but still had enough for us (they said...). This was at 8:30am (breakfast is served from 8 on, on a Saturday). When we got the plate with our Vegetarian hot breakfast, the chef placed 1 and a half sausage each...a sausage divided in 2. Very disappointed about it. Also, we kindly asked for a non dairy butter option, but it was not available. How can a hotel not have these options? Especially when a customers calls 2 days before to ask for that specific option? If I can point another thing, the room is gorgeous, but the pillows are very hard and uncomfortable and the room was very, very warm (the little fan did not do a lot unfortunately).
Received excellent service from the staff which enabled us to have a great stay in the village.
10.0Beautiful historic building in a lovely setting. Great food and service. Wonderful staff - all so helpful.
− Nothing
Lovely Dorchester on Thames hotel.
10.0Beautiful accomadation. As expected for the age of the property. Lovely friendly staff. Limited choose for breakfast if your wanting Gluten free or other. But my husband enjoyed his full English. Location lovely, but extremely quite. Only two hotels in this area. No shops ect! We found where to catch the bus to get into Wallington, which was easy and quick. As long as your able to walk.. All round, we had a lovely stay.
− Nothing.

9.0Super king-size bed. Lovely bath which filled really quickly. Good breakfast. Beautiful historic hotel in a lovely picturesque village
− Lack of lighting round the bathroom sink
Excellent friendly welcoming Hotel run by a first class team who fully understand hospitality
10.0From the moment we checked in to when we checked out we were welcomed like returning guests, such friendly management and front of house staff.Excellent evening meal and breakfast, this really is the place to stay if you are in the area and want to experience real hospitality in a relaxing setting steeped in history.
A cute, quaint hotel with fabulous food, lovely dining area, bar and overall ambiance
10.0In particular the food was beyond our expectations for a small English village. The staff were fabulous, very friendly and at the same time professional. Even though we overslept the time for breakfast they went out of their way to cater for us. .
− We were there during a heat wave so a larger fan in the bedroom would have been nice. The cover on the fan also prevented much air flow.
