− Le temps long parfois pour être servi lorsque l’on mangeait au restaurant sur le rooftop Pour passer de la route au parking de l’hôtel, la rampe n’est pas en bon état, il faudrait la refaire

2.0− Woke up to no running water, the room had no toilet paper, the breakfast was very scarce, and there was really loud music all night from the building next to the hotel, overall very disappointing.

10.0Its proximity to cafes supermarkets malls art galleries. The rooms were clean though modest. Had hot showers and nice lawn. Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast options were great and the staff very kind and thoughtful of guests helping when needed and the service was exceptional. The room was kept clean throughout. Great view of kigali
− I had a good stay generally though staff often talked on the stairs near the window of my room when accessing other areas perhaps think of putting sound proof windows for rooms on that side . Otherwise I would highly recommend people to have there stay I will definitely be back.

− It's not the most convenient location for getting around, there was a dead fly on my bed when I arrived and the breakfast was not the most exciting
