3.0− Ich habe einen Blumenstrauß zur Zustellung ins Zimmer bestellt. Leider war der Strauß deutlich kleiner als bestellt. Außerdem wurde er trotz meiner ausdrücklichen Bitte nicht ins Zimmer, sondern in den Frühstücksraum gebracht.
