1.0− I just checked into this motel five minutes ago and barely stepped foot inside my room when a complete stranger tried to force their way in. My door was fully locked, yet this person banged and pulled the door violently in an attempt to break in. The whole incident happened extremely fast with immense force. This place is completely unsafe. I cannot fathom how an outsider could access and target my room without a room key. I was severely traumatized and frightened by this terrifying experience, and I refuse to stay here another minute. Shockingly, the motel is refusing to offer any form of refund despite this dangerous security breach. I am utterly, extremely disappointed with this motel. This has been an absolutely terrible, unacceptable stay.
