6.0Está muy bien situado, con supermercados y bares y restaurantes cerca, y muy cerca del centro. Las camas eran muy cómodas
− El baño era muy pequeño, con un plato de ducha muy estrecho y el lavabo muy bajo. Además, el piso en la entrada del baño estaba levantado, pudiendo producir caídas o roces.

− Se escuchan muchos ruidos. Si hay gente arriba se escucha cada paso que dan. Entra mucha luz por la mañana.
