2.0Swimming pool closed with no reason given, so breach of my booking contract as the pool was one of the main reasons I booked the hotel. Many ceramic floor tiles in hallways and room are broken causing tripping hazards. . Filthy shower areas. Broken shower screens. Leaking toilets. Broken room furniture. Exposed redundant wiring and damaged paintwork on walls and ceilings No hot water in bathroom sinks. Shower heads filthy and not functioning correctly. Broken toilet seats. No refrigerator/water/slippers provided as per booking contract. I changed room four times due to numerous problems. City view rooms are extremely noisy 24/7 from the traffic below. Hotel lies on external websites about what they offer. Miserable experience and hotel refused full refund. Shockingly poor hotel and I’d never recommend it. I booked through Expedia and they were supportive of my complaint but couldn’t get hotel to admit responsibility for their failings. Book this hotel at your own peril.
