Location and really comfortable bed

− Unreliable internet which didn't work for two days and then was very slow and kept dropping out for the rest of the week. Only one very small round table just big enough for a laptop tough to get any sort of work done. (Room 8)

Excellent facility and location, horrendous staff communication and direction to property.

Location, Cleanliness and facilities.

− Staff comms, not responsive to pre-lodging phone calls. Did not get booking information ahead of time, this led to a difficult search for the property, Passers-by helped figure it out. Was out in the chilly weather until the 20th call, staff picked up the phone to send details.(a wrong room allocated at first, making me whisk my baggage boxes around). Wifi was utterly bad.

The room itself was beautiful and very well equipped. I dont know why this place isnt rated higher to be honest . Bed was super comfortable and I felt well rested the next day. It was very quiet didnt hear any noise though out the night which you do in hotels.It was a little tricky to find as I went straight upstairs and not in and right and inside the second door using the fob . However I did message the host at 12.30am and she did reply straight away. Location was good right in the centre of Sheffield. We ordered food and was there in 10 minutes which was great . Also 2 mins walk ftom ncp parking (Really sorry about calling you)

− With the weather i could of done with a fan as it was bottom floor and didn't want to open the window. The batteries in the remote was dead so couldn't watch tv but not a big deal I did leave them out hoping she would know that they needed replacing. The shower made a whistling sound.

Ghost Stay

Property looked nice enough.

− Owner didn’t elect to tell me until after I arrived that I couldn’t stay in the apartment as they’d allowed somebody else to extend their stay (despite me having had this booked for months). I only found out after I had collected the key and somebody else’s stuff was in the apartment as I walked in (see photos). Didn’t send anybody over, promised to call regarding a refund and did not call. Do not use.

Clean, pleasant city center stay in Sheffield.

Sofa bed was nice, en suite was pleasant. Rooms were clean and tidy, and the location is ideal if you need to be in the city center. There is also a mini kitchen area that you can use with a mini fridge.

− Unclear instructions to get into the property. Had to message the hosts because I hadn't received the instructions to access the property until 10 minutes after my check in time. TV remote broken. Wifi didn't work.
