1.0It's a beautiful place, but dirty. We didn't even stayed one night
− It's dirty. Toilet were leaking, stains on the linen. Kitchen dirty. They wanted to do repairs inside while we were there, which should have been done before we checked in

10.0Hotel yang sangat nyaman, bersih dan semua staff nya sangat ramah dan membantu. Fasilitas lengkap ada kolam renang dan balcony cocok untuk refresh pikiran. Lokasi strategis dekat dengan sidewalk mall dan bisa ditempuh dengan jalan kaki. Recommended sekali untuk traveler yang mau explore bali selatan😍

10.0房间非常大，住六个人很宽敞，环境优美，附近有个小型商场，有很多吃饭的店还有超市。前台小姐姐小哥哥态度非常好！接机的Desy和Benny非常不错哦！非常值得推荐。更重要的是Benny中文讲的很不错哦，人很靠谱，可以帮忙规划旅游行程。非常感谢！！

6.0+Friendly and cooperative staff at reception +room, balcony and aircon good + nice pool +the receptionist apologized for the inconvenience and offered 1 breakfast for free
− -no stairs in the pool (can be difficult for older people getting in and out!!) - the showers next the pool out of order - the tv, netflix, youtube etc in the room was out of order: a tenician had to come for nearly 1 hour changing batteries, using right cabels..chaos pur!! -the room service forgot to take away their keys from my room: i was very surprised when I saw the keys sticking in my door outside and nobody was there - not flexible neither for early check in nor for late check out

1.0The toe nail i found in the room!
− Do not book this place! This was supposed to be our honeymoon, but we had to flee the property after just 10 minutes. The room was absolutely disgusting and completely different from the pictures. There was severe mold on the walls, peeling paint, and huge cracks. To make it worse, the cleanliness was non-existent: we found dead insects and even old human toenails left on the floor. It is a massive health hazard. When we checked out immediately, the staff promised a full refund, but now they are dodging our messages and refusing to confirm it to Booking.com. Utterly unprofessional and deceptive!
