Planches rustiques grinçantes pour sommier, Matelas taché est trop grand par rapport au lit, oreillers et literie d'un blanc jaunâtre plein de taches et souillés .....le tout froissés. Les murs couverts de toiles d'araignées sans oublier les rideaux. Pas possible de se voir dans le miroir de la salle de bain et le reste suit. Le PQ n'existe pas ici et la totale pas d'eau le matin. Bref l'hôtel est à enlever du site.

Nothing to like about. Ripped pillow cases, unrecognizable stains on bedsheets. Broken toilet seat, also unbearable stench. Extremely poor hygiene of service staff. Most of all the owner is a physician and should know better about cleanliness. Did not stay, had to find alternate accommodation at a very high price since it was last minute. My family and I have been using Expedia for a long time for all our travel needs and I have to say that I am disappointed that you guys had something like this on your pool. I have many friends that travel to Sri Lanka on my recommendations and I will tell them to stay away from this nasty hotel. In fact I am in the process of posting a review on FB and I already lodged a complaint to Sri Lanka Tourist Board. You guys should refund me the charges for this humiliation.
