8.0Lovely room with helpful staff who were very friendly too. Great position for the lovely streets of Tokyo. The reason we gave it 4 star is breakfast was a little disappointing and a bit slow accessing hot drinks etc. Also no tea or coffee in rooms, but have kettle and fridge etc. You have to buy your own tea. Not a big problem but only place this was the case on our Japan stay.

10.0最喜歡廁所有乾濕分離的部分，浴室空間非常大，浴缸可以躺着泡。地點有點尷尬，四條站走過去大概7-8分鐘、到附近的錦市場/京極商店街則是大概13-15分鐘。在外面玩完一整天想去逛街就會走得有點累。不過附近有很多巴士能直接到達景點（清水寺、嵐山等等），也有不少便利店和餐廳。推薦給沒有小孩隨行的各位！
