Very clean and comfortable stay

Happy with the room/faciities/parking/cleanliness/comfort etc. my only thought is that at check in they did all the right things and told us what we needed to know but wasn’t very friendly or welcoming.

Room needs a good vacuum and possible faecal matter on the bathroom door frame. Staff weren’t over friendly in the resultant, check-in was good. Restaurant meals were average and hotel looking tired!

Room was clean and comfortable. With bath which was welcomed after a long week. Another guest set off the fire alarm (out of hotel's control) but it did wake us. No one came to tell us it was a false alarm so we quickly dressed and went outside. Since it was early and we were now awake we went to breakfast. Breakfast was not included in the hotel price. Would have been nice had they included breakfast for those of us woken very early by a false alarm. Again out of hotels control but still would have been a nice gesture after only 3 hours of sleep.
