− Carrer sense asfaltar. Haber de fer una fiança de 500€ i que a mes a mes no es pugui fer amb la targeta de credit. Que et cobrin el consum de llum

8.0Great location to the sailing club which is the purpose of our stay , sailing regatta. Town was a little walk away for provisions but good exercise along a beautiful seafront promenade. Well kept gardens clean and tidy .
− As we visited in October the evenings could be chilly . An indoor small sofa would have been nice but I appreciate it isn’t needed in warmer months where most time is spend outside.
Eigentlich ein sehr schöner Ort, wenn keine Ameisen und der Lärm nicht wäre...
6.0Die Lage
− - Ameisen: Sobald wir angekommen sind, haben wir bemerkt, dass es in der Wohnung viele Ameisen auch zu „Gast“ waren.. es gab diverse Strassen wo von Ameisen belegt wurden. Als wir die Vermieterin darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben, hat sie uns zwar mit alle möglichen Giftmittel ausgeholfen. Das Problem war aber nie richtig gelöst, da die Ameisen immer wieder neue Wege in die Wohnung gefunden haben. - Lärm: Die Umgebung von Residence Capraggia ist etwas lärmig. Im angrenzenden Haus finden Renovationen statt, da wird ab 8 Uhr gehämmert und gebohrt und man hört alles.
