I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, Silvia at the reception made me feel welcome and was attentive throughout my entire stay. She was always helpful, professional, and ensured everything went smoothly. I was very satisfied with the swimming pool, which was clean and enjoyable, as well as the breakfast, which offered a good variety of options. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and met all my expectations. Overall, I had a great experience and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to Silvia and the entire team for their excellent hospitality.

I honestly don’t know whether to call this a hotel stay or a lesson in never believing social media again. After seeing all the beautifully curated TikTok videos and promotional content, I genuinely believed your property would deliver the experience it promised. Unfortunately, what I found was the complete opposite. It seems the marketing team deserves far more credit than the operations team. The unit was not just dirty it was disgustingly dirty. Dust, stains, and an overall lack of cleanliness made it impossible to feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. For a serviced residence, I was also surprised to discover there were no proper cooking utensils, while the gas stove was practically unusable. It completely defeats the purpose of staying in a residence. What made everything even worse was the way your WhatsApp operations team handled the situation. Slow, inefficient, and completely lacking any sense of urgency or ownership. It felt less like customer service and more like I was inconveniencing your staff by reporting problems that should never have existed in the first place. At one point, I genuinely asked myself, “Did I do something terrible to deserve an experience like this?” That is how miserable this stay has been. I moved from another serviced residence from queen city mall because I believed Louis Kienne Pemuda would be an upgrade. Instead, I paid more for a nightmare wrapped in good marketing. Thank you for reminding me that social media can create beautiful expectations, while reality can destroy them within minutes. Please don’t worry—I won’t be making the same mistake twice. This wasn’t just my first stay with Louis Kienne Pemuda. It will also be my last. Best regards,

− it was a smoking room with heavy smoke smell in room and corridor. zero air ventilation in the room, exhaust fan in bathroom is not working. window cant be open. curtain is broken with a big hole in the middle.

My experience at Louis Kienne Pemuda was excellent. ​Even though it was the school holiday season and the lobby was very crowded, the staff remained friendly. A big thank you to Mas Radit at the front desk for being so efficient; I booked two Deluxe rooms via Trip.com and received a free upgrade to Resident Rooms upon check-in. The rooms were clean, the amenities were complete, and the breakfast was delicious. When I requested a high chair at the restaurant for my baby, the staff immediately set one up for us. It’s highly recommended for those looking for comfort right in the heart of the city. The location is very convenient, close to KFC, Indomaret Fresh, and Queen City Mall, and finding dinner options around the hotel is very easy.
