⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ We had a pleasant stay overall. The room was equipped with useful amenities, including a microwave, electric kettle, plates, spoons, and cooking utensils, which made our stay more comfortable and convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. Although some staff members had limited English, they genuinely tried their best to assist us. A special thank you to the gentleman who helped us extend our stay by two hours, as our flight was at 10:00 PM and the regular check-out time was 2:30 PM. We really appreciated his kindness and assistance. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and other services nearby. There are a few areas that could be improved. The room had a noticeable cigarette smell, and the air conditioner was leaking water. As the hotel is an older property, some maintenance and upgrades would be beneficial. The interior safety lock on the door was also damaged, which is something that should be repaired for guest security. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and found the hotel to be a good value for money. We would consider staying here again.

− حجزنا على المدح ولكن انصدمنا من الشقة مستواها سيء وموقعها في المبنى أسوأ من السيء.. كانت موجودة بعد مخرج الطواريء.. لا يمكن أن أكرر التجربة.. ولأننا وصلنا الظهر والشمس حارقة ما كان بيدنا الا أن نستسلم للأمر الواقع ونرضى بالسكن فيها

نظافة وترتيب وتكييف ولا احلى. شكرا لكم
