8.0I did not have breakfast but I saw it and it looked good :o) The room was clean and the facilities (tea/coffee, hair dryer, etc) were adequate. The bathroom was a little cramped but it did not affect my stay. The main contact had to respond to an emergency on the day but texted me with clear instructions on letting myself into the residence.
