6.0Hotel is totally haunted... Rooms are big and lights given are too low...water heating issues also faced... No electric kettle, tea bags, no shampoo / body lotions kit were provided, being 3 star hotel.. Staff was co operative...but needs big improvement

4.0Sasta sundar tikavu OK service OK food. Average rooms. Mountain view is good. Rooms are very chilly. Can't stay without a room heater in this hotel in Feb. Extremely chilli rooms. Low budget hotel. Around 12 km from main dharamshala city.
