No hot water until requested. AC is switched off periodically by the staff. Sheets are stained. No towels provided. There is no proper transportation service from this location. Have to walk to get a rickshaw. I will not recommend it to anyone.

4.0Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend I had a very bad experience staying at this hotel recently. From start to finish, everything was disappointing. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and the management was completely unresponsive to any complaints or issues. The cleanliness was awful – the room was dirty, with no effort made to maintain hygiene. No room amenities were provided, not even basic things like toiletries. Bedsheets and pillow covers were not changed throughout the stay. One of the worst issues was the AC – they kept turning it off, and every time we called to ask, they gave the same excuse of a "power cut." It's very clear they do this intentionally to save electricity, and it happens often. The room looked nothing like the pictures shown online – it was smaller, poorly maintained, and lacked even the most basic facilities. The overall condition of the hotel was very poor. The only good thing about this hotel is that it's close to the Ghats, but that’s not enough to make up for such a miserable stay. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

4.0The air conditioning did not work, nor did the tv. The walls were dirty, it was noisy and the bathroom shower dripped quite badly…. Besides that …. It was was fine
